Yoga Pilates 6 Week Course

Starting Sept 15th, every Wednesday @ 11 am

In-Studio: €72 (€12 per class)

Zoom: €48 (€8 per class)

WHAT IS IT?

A six-week course blending yoga and Pilates, the perfect fusion of the physical, mindful and spiritual postures of yoga combined with the core strengthening and alignment of pilates.

This course will be led by Joanne Stocker-Kelly, a trained ballet dancer, yoga teacher, runner and fitness enthusiast! This course is suitable for all levels of yoga or pilates, including beginners.

This course is offered both in-studio and online via Zoom. The classes are live-streamed from the studio every Wednesday at 11am for 6 weeks.

WHAT WILL WE DO?

Our Yoga Pilates classes are new and will be tailored to the fitness levels of students in each class. The flow and sequence can be adapted to any level of fitness and tailored to your physical requirements. Each class will be focused on energising, strengthening, stretching & calming the nervous system.

T&C’s

  • Once you choose your class format they cannot be blended, e.g. in-studio or online only for all classes taken.

  • There are no refunds if classes are missed.

  • Classes are broadcast live from the studio, only the teacher will be visible and audible online.
