WHAT IS IT?

Effective self-care strategies from the highly qualified yoga teacher and therapist, Eve Menezes Cunningham. The workshop is based on her book 365 Ways to Feel Better, where she’ll lead the class in various methods of achieving balance on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

Learning effective self-care strategies and techniques that you can take with you after the class has ended. By devoting a couple hours to not only learn, but practice these methods you can gain a fundamental understanding how to not only regain balance… but keep it as well. In addition to yoga, meditation, and EFT (tapping), Eve will be sharing her wisdom in the world of counselling and coaching in what has been most beneficial for clients.

Her book will also be available at a discounted rate after class.

WHAT WILL WE DO… SPECIFICALLY?

A gentle & calming yoga practice suitable for all levels will start off the workshop, before yoga nidra (guided meditation) balancing to channel some deep relaxation. Then, self coaching techniques will be taught and practiced so you can leave the workshop with a sense of knowledge to maintain balance in your life. Yes, life will always get a bit messy but this workshop will give you effective tools to maintain balance when it’s needed.

WHAT ABOUT COVID-19

We ensure social distancing in all our classes. You’re in the safest, cleanest, and most sanitary hands imaginable. We’re following all set guidelines for safety. A gentle yoga practice is one of the safest group activities we can do, as we’ve taken every precaution necessary.

I’M IN. WHAT DO I BRING?

Yoga mat, water bottle, journal & writing utensil (may be provided if needed), comfy clothes, and a small pillow or two. If you don’t have a mat, we have some for sale with excellent grip, durable, and eco-friendly.

Eve will be selling her book as well, which will be available for €15 rather than the usual €18.99 at bookshops and it will be personally signed.

WHAT WILL YOU PROVIDE?

Bolster, eye mask, pencil+paper if needed, granola bar and tonic shot at the end of class. All delicious, homemade, 100% natural with whole ingredients and no refined sugar.
