Your Intro Pass includes unlimited classes for 4 weeks plus access to our 4 Week Beginners Course, which starts on the first Weds of every month at 6 pm. Perfect if you have never done yoga before or are returning after a long break. The course is perfect if you are unsure about group fitness or which classes to attend, and would like guidance and support.

Many new students start with our 4 Week Beginners Course, which begins on the first Wednesday of every month and is designed to help you build confidence, learn the basics and feel comfortable in the studio.
If the course doesn't suit your schedule, no problem, your Intro Pass also includes access to a range of beginner-friendly classes such as Gentle Yoga, Warm Yin, Soul Fit Gentle Strength & Conditioning and Vinyasa.
There is no "right" way to start. Our team will help you find the classes that best suit your experience, goals and timetable. Grab your Intro Pass, we'll help with the rest.
