The Yoga Root studio is located a 5min walk to Westports favourite beach or sea swimming spot, known locally as The Point. Here you can swim from steps into the water 1hr before and after the high tide mark. Enjoy idyllic views of Clew Bay, Clare Island and Croagh Patrick during your swim.
