WHAT IS IT?
A six-week course to help build physical strength & stamina while learning to flow and rest in the unknown. This course is suitable for those of you with previous yoga experience and enjoy a more challenging practice. All classes will be led by Derrick.
Music will play a central role in these classes and will act as a metronome for our flow. Each track chosen will correspond to the pose to help you flow through the classes with strength and grace. Expect to hear playlists featuring; Enya, Kate Bush, The Gloming, Agnes Obel, Florence & The Machine & more.
The course will be delivered live via Zoom by Derrick every Monday at 7 pm for six weeks. You will also receive a protected page where you can watch back any classes you might miss. We love connecting with you live, so please try and make the Monday 7 pm class so begin our week together!
WHAT WILL WE DO?
This is a Vinyasa Flow style class where we will start out slowly, opening the body through soft stretches. Then we’ll get a bit more vigorous with some stronger poses to build strength, increase metabolism, and burn those calories. We’ll end back in a gentle practice and focus on breathwork and intention, so we can have a productive and balanced week ahead.

yoga mat & a quiet room
a laptop or phone with Zoom installed
If you have a speaker connect your device to it for a better music experience.

COST & SPECIAL RATES
