ABOUT
A six-week course designed for beginners and also for those already practising yoga who wish to revisit the foundations of their practice. Each week of the course we will progress through a series of essential postures and breathwork providing you with the confidence to build and sustain a long term practice. You will also gain a better understanding of why Yoga was created to be a complete, mind+body exercise program that has loads of science to support its benefits. Come see why!
This course will be led by the brilliant Joanne Stocker-Kelly, a trained ballet dancer, yoga teacher, runner, and fitness enthusiast.

Course Price €72 (€12 per session, normally €16). Should you miss a class in this course you are welcome to attend another class at the studio. This is limited to 2 classes.
