About
A 6-week course with Liz Potts is designed for parents (or carers) and babies to bond, play and go with the flow together. Each class will be 50 minutes and is suitable from 6 weeks up to walking babies. As with everything in parenthood, we will take it one step at a time, so you don't need previous yoga experience. We will work to find the balance in each pose for both you and your baby while building friendships and community with other parents.
Dates
6 Weeks on Thursdays 3pm starting May 26th*:
May 26th, June 2nd, June 16th, June 23rd, June 30th, July 7th
*no class June 9th.
Price
Course Price €72 (€12 per session). Should you miss a class with your baby, you can use the pass for any other class at the studio for yourself. Limited to two classes.
Baby changing facilities are available.
FAQ’s

A yoga mat (if you don’t have one there are a few available to rent, but they are limited).
A Muslin or scarf to play with.
A favourite toy in case baby needs extra reassurance in a new environment.
We’ll be lifting and laying the babies so if you’re more comfortable wrapping to your chest feel free to bring something to “baby wear” in a standing pose.
Snacks & bottles of water for babies who may get hungry!

If you’re driving you’ll want to leave the buggy in the car as there’s no lift to the studio. If you’re walking and need the buggy, please call us upon arrival at (098) 67064 and we will come to carry it up the stairs.
Parking outside is free for the first hour.

We are all parents here and we know babies can be very unpredictable, so just know that NOBODY will judge if baby wants to do something else!
If baby wants to sleep during class that’s fine, you can do yoga till they wake.
If baby doesn’t want to cooperate that’s fine, we will tailor it as we go.
If you need to breastfeed, bottle-feed, etc feel free to take a break as needed.
The studio will be babyproofed for our walking babies who like to roam.
