WHAT IS IT?

A six-week course to help you relax, nourish and centre yourself in these crazy times!

This course is curated by Derrick and is suitable for those seeking a calmer path, as well as complete beginners to yoga. The classes will be focused on relaxation, rejuvenation, mobility and meditation.

The course will be delivered live via Zoom every Sunday at 11 am for six weeks. You will also receive a password protected page where you can watch back on any classes you might miss. We love connecting with you live, so please try and make the 11 am if possible. After all, when schedule a time to take care of the mind & body, we are more likely to do so!

WHAT WILL WE DO?

Our Gentle Yoga classes start slowly, opening the body through soft stretches. Then we’ll get a bit more adventurous and bring you through the foundation yoga poses with alternative postures for those of you who find flexibility is a challenge. If you don’t bend that way yet, don’t worry, we will show you how!

Classes will end with a guided meditation and intention setting to help you embrace the week ahead.

WHAT WILL I NEED?

  • yoga mat & a quiet room

  • a laptop, tablet or phone with Zoom installed

  • water & blankets are always good too

COST & SPECIAL RATES
