a problem shared is a problem halved

Sometimes life's challenges make us feel overwhelmed and it can be difficult to talk to the people closest to us. How we deal with these difficulties is an important aspect of how we move forward and ultimately who we become as a person.

We offer a range of psychotherapeutic approaches where a process of self-inquiry will enable self-awareness and insight that will help you conquer issues that may have previously seemed overwhelming.

Therapy can help you to develop ways of coping better and overcoming issues you may feel are holding you back. We can help you find and develop your personal strengths, and identify what is really meaningful to you in life, guiding you towards the kind of life you would like to live.

Our approach is integrative and person-centered; this means after the first assessment, both you and the therapist will collaborate what approach is best, whether it be CBT, psychodynamic, or postmodern approaches like Narrative Therapy. We then set viable goals, and develop the strategic plans necessary to accomplish these goals. We see individuals or couples, for short-term & structured or open-ended therapy. Each session lasts ~50 minutes. We also take a limited number of low-cost clients, if you would like to avail of this please note it in the initial consult form.
