JOIN US FOR A SPECIAL EVENT OF CANDLELIT YIN YOGA, MEDITATION & YULE CELEBRATION

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night, and with it’s passing the days become longer as the Earth tilts more towards the sun once again. In ancient times, cultures across the world celebrated by lighting fires to draw down the sun, setting intentions, consuming seasonal foods, decorating trees and giving gifts. We are excited to celebrate this special event with you, to honour our native Celtic traditions and explore the ancient ways of finding new meaning & connection in these extraordinary times.

WHAT WILL WE DO?

At the beginning of class, we’ll start with some gentle & restorative yoga supported by bolsters, blocks, blankets and eye masks. Then we’ll perform some Yule activities with candles, apples, heartwarming beverages, and celebrate the sun’s return.

If you wish to honour someone lost this year, feel free to bring any memorabilia for your practice.

All activities will be in line with COVID 19 safety guidelines. We have also installed a new ventilation & heating system that kills any airborne virus or bacteria, so you can rest assured in our solstice celebration.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Yoga mat, blankets (small, heavy, wool preferred), and a small thick pillow. We will provide bolsters & eye masks. The studio will be warm and comfortable for the best hygge experience!

WHAT IS THE COST?

€29 for 2 hrs of yoga, meditation, and festive activities. Spaces are limited & booking early is advised.
