WHAT IS IT?
Samhain is an ancient celebration, marking the end of harvest and the beginning of the longer nights. A time to reflect, set intentions, and remember those who have gone before. This workshop will combine some of those ancient activities with yoga & guided meditation. Ireland is considered the home of Samhain, so let’s connect back to those ancient roots!
WHAT WILL WE DO?
Beginning with a short talk about Samhain, and then some pranayama & gentle yoga to settle into our body. Then we’ll perform a few festive activities with candles, apples, gourds, and guided meditations to honor the past and connect with the spirit of the holiday. We’ll end class with a restorative yoga session.
Seasonal cakes, goodies, and a little glass of wine will be served (non-alcoholic available upon request).

Wine, apples, & seasonal festive decor will be provided by us. We have non-alcoholic wine available!
