ABOUT

A six-week course designed for beginners and those of you already practising yoga who wish to revisit the foundations. Each week we will progress through essential postures and breathwork that will help reduce stress and anxiety. You will learn how to improve flexibility, enhance your strength and tune into your body benefiting your overall wellness. You will also gain a better understanding of why Yoga was created to be a complete, mind+body exercise program that has lots of science to support its benefits.

This course will be led by Neil Douglas who has a great passion for fitness, movement and mindfulness. It will be assisted by Derrick Harshberger who can assist you in postures if desired.

DATES & PRICE

Wednesdays at 6pm, Sept 14th - Oct 19th.

Course Price €72 (€12 per session, normally €16). Should you miss a class in this course you are welcome to try another class at the studio. This is limited to 2 classes.
