Join us for a great opportunity to try out our studio for free in a fun, non-intimidating environment. Current members why not bring your friends and show them why you've been so flexible and zen lately! First-timers, you get the opportunity to try out the classes that everyone in Westport is talking about. It will be a day of fun and exciting new experiences, so come on by, join a class, grab a juice, win some prizes and find out why it’s time to get some Yoga Root in your life.
Free Classes All Day
We’ll have free classes & talks all day. You can use the schedule below to sign up online and guarantee your spot or stop by 15 – 30 minutes early to take care of registration in person. Please note in person registration will be very limited so sign up online if you can. We will also be serving some light bites and refreshments while you’re here so leave time for that too!
