A workshop on blooming for isolation. €25

WHAT IS IT?

A workshop on untangling the physiological and psychological effects of social isolation and lockdown. From decompressing the the spine and lengthening the body, to calming the nervous system and learning to breathe effectively... this workshop will assist you in blooming into social life again. A workshop informed and guided by Somatics, Yoga, and communication theories from Embodied Cognition.

WHAT WILL BE DO… SPECIFICALLY?

Yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), guided meditations, and movement strategies informed by the physician Thomas Hanna in his work developing Somatics. We’ll also eat a few healthy bits and lay on comfy pillows, if that’s your thing.

WHAT ABOUT COVID-19

We ensure social distancing in all our classes. You’re in the safest, cleanest, and most sanitary hands imaginable. We’re following all set guidelines for safety, which you can see here. A gentle yoga practice is perhaps one of the safest group activities you can do.

I’M IN. WHAT DO I BRING?

Yoga mat, Water Bottle, Comfy Clothes, and a small pillow or two. If you don’t have a mat, we have some for sale with excellent grip, durable, and eco-friendly.

WHAT WILL YOU PROVIDE?

Bolster, eye mask, a few healthy bites and a tonic shot at the end of class. All delicious, homemade, 100% natural with whole ingredients, and no refined sugar.
