Luxurious or Budget Friendly Accommodation. Enjoy 3 nights in serene, oasis-like rooms with options for shared or private spaces.
Yoga with Derrick & Liz. Practice yoga overlooking the breathtaking Burren, tailored to all levels and moods. Mats and props are provided—just bring yourself.
Award-Winning Vegetarian Food. Savour two tasteful and nutritious meals daily (breakfast and dinner). Lunch will be available during excursions at charming local cafés (at your own cost).
Guided Walks. Discover the Burren’s unique beauty on easy-to-moderate walks. A good pair of trainers is all you need to explore these unforgettable landscapes.

Sample Itinerary

Arrive and settle in at 5:00 PM, followed by a warm welcome dinner at. Later on we will unwind with a gentle yoga and somatic movement session, before embracing silence and rest around 10pm.

Begin your day with tea, coffee, and light bites, followed by a refreshing yoga session to energize your body and mind. Enjoy a wholesome breakfast before heading out to explore the stunning Burren on an outdoor adventure.
Take a break for lunch at a charming local café, then enjoy some free time to relax, reflect, or explore at your own pace. Later, unwind with a restorative yoga session and a nourishing dinner. End the day with a calming yoga for sleep practice, transitioning into peaceful silence and rest.

Absolutely! Our retreat is open to all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis. The classes are designed to cater to everyone. Remember this is your retreat, there is no pressure to attend all the classes!

Trust us, every meal at Burren Yoga Retreat is an EVENT! The chefs are excellent and we promise you will come away wanting to eat more plant based foods. Each meal is locally sourced and contains enough proteins, fats and carbs to make sure you are nutritionally balanced throughout your stay. Also there is always the option of seconds and snacks are always available. We promise you wont go hungry and will find the food one of the highlights of this trip!

The hikes are easy to moderate level, if you can ramble easily over a few a few hills and valleys with a spring breeze in your hair, you’ll be in heaven. We take plenty of snack and water breaks so you can enjoy the views and hear lots of interesting information about the flora, fauna and the fascinating geography of the region.

We know everyone always has this on their mind when going on retreat. Our retreats attract a wonderful bunch of like minded folks who are on the same mission, rest, laugh and have a new adventures. Trust us, you will make lot’s of new friends. We know most people coming and if you are sharing a room we will pair you up with a link minded person…even down to snoring and non-snoring!

We know life happens so we do everything to accomdate cancellations. Our full T&C’s are outlined and signed by you at the time of booking.
Here’s the overview of our cancellation policy for this retreat:
Before January 13, 2024 (More than 60 days before the retreat): Full refund.
Between January 14 and February 29, 2024 (31–59 days before the retreat): 50% of your payment may be refunded.
After March 1, 2024 (14 days or less before the retreat): No refund. If another participant can take your place, we may, at our discretion, refund a portion of your payment.
