Root Yoga Philosophy is about curiosity, integration, and transformation. The greatest gift we have to our whole mind and body health is the ability to transform.

Create and nurture a community centered around curiosity, inclusivity, and support. Curiosity to always remain ready to learn something new, about our bodies and the world around us. To always remain inclusive of all bodies, regardless of physical or mental ability. Lastly, to truly support each and every person by meeting them where they are; without judgement, shame, or expectation.

At The Yoga Root, it’s not about flexibility, strength, or instagram. It’s about supporting people, which means to first accept them as they are when they first walk into our doors.

Truth is always the same. Whoever ponders it will get the same answer. Buddha got it, Jesus got it, Patanjali got it, Mohammed got it. The answer is the same, but the method of working it out may vary this way or that.
