WHAT IS IT?

Gentle Yoga + Zumba Dance Course is the combined effort of two instructors, Marci Joyce and Derrick Dark, to get people moving with gentle stretching postures and mild dance movements for total mind and body health. Perfect for anyone looking for a gentle and fun way to get back into mind & body wellness. Yoga is an ancient practice that improves flexibility, strengthens the joints, and calms the mind. Zumba is a fun dancing course that gets the heart racing to burn some calories and get those endorphins going. Together they are a perfect combination for anyone who is ready to make a change in their lives, and reclaim their health!

WHEN IS IT?

Classes will be every Tuesday + Thursday @ 10am for one hour for 5 weeks, starting Jan 29th and last day is on Feb 28th. Tuesdays will be Zumba Dance with Marci Joyce, and Thursdays will be Gentle Yoga with Derrick Dark.

WHERE IS IT?

Top floor of The West on Bridge St. in Westport. A beautiful room with soft lighting and great views of downtown Westport!

WHO CAN COME?

This course is designed for people who want a gentle, yet fun introduction into Zumba and Yoga. This is not an intensive training course, but rather a simple, easy way to get back into health with other people who have the same goals.

HOW MUCH?

€90 for the entire course! That’s a total of 10 classes, for €9 each. To put that into a savings perspective, yoga classes are usually €12-15 per class.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Come to class wearing loose, comfy clothing that you can stretch and move in and bring a bottle of water. Bring your yoga mat if you have one. If not, let us know and we can arrange to get one for you. :-)

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Space is limited! We can only have 16 people for this course. To secure your position, fill out the form below and commit to coming. Payment is due on the first day of class, Tuesday the 29th.
