At The Yoga Root, we understand that the way forward is building ourselves from the ground up. Not only do we focus on postures and breathing, we incorporate knowledge from other disciplines to create a dynamic and effective approach to holistic health. Through techniques acquired from cognitive science, tai chi, meditation, philosophy, and nutrition we have created an interdisciplinary approach to yoga.
